Death by Chocolate
for real chocoholics.
Be careful not to overindulge!
Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 oz chocolate syrup
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz dark crème de cacao
1 oz vodka
whipped cream for topping
maraschino cherry for garnish
Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a stemmed glass such as a hurricane glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.

Chocolate Tequilla Rose
The Tequila Rose used in this recipe gives the drink a pink colour. While the chocolate liqueur and Half & Half smooth out the flavour to create a rich Valentine's Day favourite.
Ingredients
1 oz Tequila Rose
1/2 oz light rum
1 oz chocolate liqueur
1 oz Half & Half
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

A Chocolate Mocktail
Perfect for the designated driver who can't drink anything alcoholic. Ingredients
4 oz coffee
2 oz cream
1/4 oz chocolate syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.

Chocolate Orange Martini recipe
The mixture of chocolate and orange in this vodka martini is a tasty treat. A very light taste of orange is contributed by an orange liqueur such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier.
The signature of this following cocktail is that the rim is covered in melted chocolate which is then chilled until solid.
Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz white crème de cacao
dash of Cointreau or Grand Marnier
chunks of chocolate for rimming
Pour the vodka and crème de cacao into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Add a dash of Cointreau or Grand Marnier. Shake well.
To make the chocolate dipped rim: place the chunks of chocolate into a heat-safe bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a plate and dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the chocolate. Stand the glass upright and leave, and the chocolate will set. It will set more quickly if you chill the glass.
Pour and strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.

Chocolate Mint Stinger
Ingredients
1 oz Creme de Cacao (dark)
1/4 oz Creme de Menthe (Green)
Pour Brandy and Creme de Cacao in a rocks glass over some ice. Use only enough Creme de Menthe to make a mud colour. If it is at all green then you have used too much. Vary the amounts of brandy and Creme de Cacao according the level of sweetness desired.

Chocolate Cheeky Monkey
Ingredients
2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
1 shots Banana Liqueur
1 shot Chocolate Liqueur
2-3 squirts Thick Chocolate Sauce
1 piece Banana
1-2 squirt(s) Whipped Cream
Put all the liqueurs, the ice cream, the sauce and the banana into a food processor with 3-4 cubes of ice (to make it extra cold!). Blend until smooth, thick and creamy, pour into the wine glass, and top with a generous mound of whipped cream.
Garnish with a straw and a maraschino cherry, and enjoy.

Creamy Chocolate
Ingredients
1 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Vodka
5 ozs Chocolate Ice Cream
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short time.
Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.

Ingredients
3 oz Goldenbarr Chocolate Vodka
1 cup of Strawberries (Fresh strawberries or 1 1/2 cup of strawberry daiquiri mix)
Blend and serve in a daiquiri glass. Garnish with chocolate covered strawberry

1 1/2 shots Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots Half & Half
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. To serve, shake and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Stoli® Vanilla vodka
1 oz Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1 cherry
Mix vanilla vodka and chocolate liqueur in shaker filled with ice. Strain into either a wine glass or a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
